As you may already know Shandelee Lake Inn is the sister company of Chez Vous Catering. This past weekend Chef Ettore Mazzei of Chez Vous caterers catered the 2009 SI Film Festival premiere party.
Celebrities such as Harry Belfonte, RZA (of the Wu-Tang Clan), Missy Elliot, and Danny Aiello were among the guests in attendance. Guests enjoyed an elegant cocktail party on a beautiful evening. Hors d’oeuvres were served to include Shrimp Cocktail on Belgian Endive, Filet Mignon on garlic toast served with a horseradish mayonnaise, Sesame Seed Chicken served with an apricot glaze & Brick Oven Pizza. The guests were also treated to an artistic display of International Cheeses & Fresh Fruit, Charcuterie Board and Vegetable Crudites.
Hors d’oeuvres were followed by a classic BBQ of Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Boneless Marinated Grilled Chicken and Pasta Primavera.
