In June of this year, Chez Vous Caterers, in association with the Shandelee Lake Inn, had the esteemed honor of hosting the 2009 Mike Levine Workshop; which is essentially an entire weekend fraught with journalism and activities that reflect the general beliefs and convictions of Mike Levine. Subsequent to this event, the hosts of the affair, Steve Israel (Senior Writer of the Times Herald-Record) and Chet Gordon (Staff Photographer of the Times Herald-Record), sang the praises of the lodgings and the menus. Here is what they had to say:
